I was referred for the prostate embolization after ending up with a catheter and couldn’t urinate anymore. I’m 6 weeks post PAE and now catheter has been removed. The doctor was very professional and did a great job, had no pain and didn’t feel anything during the procedure. This is the person to go to.

The pelvic vein embolization treatment helped me get my life back. After having 3 kids I started having daily pelvic pain that never went away. Doctors kept acting like it was in my head, and one was telling me to do a hysterectomy. Finally after research ON MY OWN I thought it might be PCS. My primary doctor finally agreed to do some scans however it came back negative. I made an appointment with DR Allaei after doing online search. Not a lot of doctors treat PCS so I was lucky he was local. He reviewed my CT scan and discovered that it was not normal, in fact it was very abnormal with large veins around my uterus causing the pain. I was scheduled for the treatment that month. The procedure was done through my neck which was scary sounding but it actually ended up being quite simple. After the lidocaine shot I didn’t feel anything, it seemed quick and I walked out of the office after 1 hour. I noticed the improvement one week later and I couldn’t be more grateful. If the doctor had… not discovered the error on the CT scan I would have still been in pain.

Outstanding experience from the first call. I had the RFA procedure done for a toxic nodule and I was pleasantly surprised at how painless the procedure was for me. I had read online of other patients who had a lot of pain and I experienced zero pain during mine that I wondered if he did anything. Dr Allaei was amazing during the whole process and it was obvious he is an expert in this procedure. I had my repeat scans and my nodule is no longer active and I was able to come off my thyroid medications.

I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis over a year ago and it got so bad that I was limited on how much pressure I could put on my heel. I tried everything, steroids injection, pain pills, acupuncture. Nothing was helping. The surgery seemed very intense and I decided to give the embolisation injection a try. It was done in the office and took maybe 15 minutes and very quick. The doctor is very good and explained everything. One week later I was able to walk pain free. More doctors should be offering this, I suffered for one year when all I needed was a 15-minute injection.

I compared different varicose veins treatments and the Varithena foam injection seemed easiest but not a lot of people do this one. Dr Allaei made the procedure so easy, he also has great bedside manner. I had both legs done, my pain is gone, and legs looking great!

Varicocele embolization was so much easier than the surgery I had 10 years ago. Dr Allaei is very skilled and I know because I was awake during the procedure. I didn’t feel anything, he explained everything clearly and there was just a small bandaid. I had no downtime and my ultrasound now shows no varicocele. I should have done the embolization the first time.

I had an RFA procedure by another doctor and it did not work. I saw Dr Allaei and he said only a small portion of my nodule received RFA. I decided to take trust and the experience was so much different. The first RFA procedure I had was so painful and I had so much bruising, I really wonder what that doctor did to me. The second RFA I hardly felt anything, and I could tell it was shrinking right away. After 3 months he told me it was 80% smaller. I highly recommend doing your research there are a lot of unqualified doctors doing this and this cost me twice as I had to pay out of pocket both times.

After years of being told I needed to have a hysterectomy and never being told I had other options, I finally came across the embolization option. It is very disappointing that no other doctor mentioned this. When I met Dr Allaei he told me I was a good candidate and I did not need a hysterectomy, which was shocking after all this time dealing with pressure on my bladder to only be told I need a hysterectomy. He knows a lot about fibroids and is a known expert for doing embolizations as he does them all over the body. The procedure was so quick, I did not feel anything and I cannot even see where he did it through. The doctor told me there was going to be cramping after, and it was rough! But I am so glad I did it and now I feel so much better with no more pressure on my bladder.

My neck has been visibly enlarged for a long time and every doctor kept telling to get my thyroid gland out. I did not want to go on hormone replacement and it just kept growing. I found out about the TAE procedure through an online forum from a patient that also had it done by Dr Allaei. I had two treatments, and my neck size is significantly smaller. The procedure was quick, there was some throat pain for a few days. The doctor and the staff were wonderful and I am so happy I found out about this.

I saw doctor Allaei for large goiter in my chest. At my age surgery would have been a very difficult recovery. Decided to have the embolization procedure. I didn’t feel anything during the procedure and it was very quick. Afterwards I did have a bit of a cough and some pain swallowing but then it resolved. It has been a few months and I noticed that my breathing has improved. We have not had imaging on it yet but I am hopeful that it is working. They took care of me real well, staff is easy to get in touch with, there were no extra hidden charges, and the dctor has good bedside manner.
