Dirty and old waiting room took my full payment before seeing the dr. then the Dr. told me at my 8 am apt. after driving from out of state that my filler was not available. So instead we did a lip flip which she told me would help to not see the lines above my lip and the one lenthwise. She told me drinkiing from a straw would be awkward. a week later the rt side of my lip is drooping. The left side is plump and numb. Since they did not have the filler in at my 8 am apt. they should have told me before I paid for the procedure I was scheduled for. And she should have explained the risks of the lip flp but naturally they wanted the money. Huge debacle, I would not recommend this office to anyone. This is my FACE. of course they have you sign a release at the front desk and make full payment before seeing the Dr. I should have left, but she has a way of speaking and smiling like she's your friend and I let her talk me into this debacle.

The office visit is not so good. The office is taking co-pays when they shouldn’t during the pandemic as per my insurance company and have been trying to get my money back. The billing department should be ashamed of themselves. Will continue to try and will report them to the better business bureau. Very unprofessional.

Dr. Malerba discovered a early melanoma on my face and referred me to Dr Elena Mayden also in the Smithtown Office. They are both very caring and patient focused. Only 3 month post surgery and I am very pleased with the results. These ladies are the best!

Dr. Malerba is a caring and skilled Doctor. She has heled me by detecting 2 precancerous growths, and her thorough full body checks can be lifesaving. I highly recommend her!
