She does not speak Spanish as is noted in her bio. Awful experience with family seeing her. Shows up late, has terrible bedside manner, and is very transactional and disconnected. She will leave em crazier than they were before.

Dr. Merchant is the best. Professional, and personable.

Dr. Merchant has no interest in communicating with family members of her patients. Family members are the true support system, they are the ones who observe the patient’s changes in behavior on a daily basis. In addition she put my son, who has a history of psychotic episodes in the hospital because she prescribed him a new medication that is known to escalate a patient’s psychotic episode. It took 5 phone calls before we even got a response, by than it was too late. I will be changing doctors as soon as possible!
