Dr. Audrey Anne Klenke, MD

Like to tell you about my video sit, but it didn’t happen! Dr Klenke did breast reconstruction due to a double mastectomy. Had many complications including an infection that required six weeks of an IV drug called vancomycin- worse than chemo. Now, I’ve developed a leak. The physician that discovered it during a CT scan attempted to reach her. Her office phone system doesn’t allow a referring physician a way to speak to a human. After two business days he finally spoke to someone at her office. They took the appointment, requested I drop the CT scan off prior to the appointment and then 2 hours before the appointment texted me to say Dr Klenke no longer does breast reconstruction! They hope they didn’t inconvenience me! No, really?!

Very unhappy with my eye surgery. Now I'm stuck with lumps and bumps under my eyes. Personality and attentiveness she was wonderful. But now I am walking around very unhappy. Especially with all the money I spent. I should have done my homework.

I never feel rushed when I have a consultation with Dr. Klenke. She listens to what I have to say and helps me to make an informed decision. I've had a couple of procedures now and am amazed at the results. I know it's because I'm clear about what I'm going to experience. No surprises!

I was mesmerized by the video that Dr. Klenke did in her car on her way to work. In a couple of minutes I learned first hand from a doctor that the various options for "fixing" lines around the mouth were not inter-changable, but their effectiveness depends, rather, on what the cause is. I could have been totally misled into thinking I wanted one procedure, when that would not have produced the outcome I wanted. Why can't all plastic surgeons be so honest and forthcoming? This Dr. is on the cutting edge of technology. I've had so many skin lesions biopsied, that when I go for my check ups, I dread them finding another "suspicious" mark. Dr. Klenke uses a new laser that does not "punch" or scrape my skin. It was amazing! But the best part, was that it was not cancerous. My expectations were high, but the results exceeded them.

I'm 43 years old and I'm going through a divorce. I looked in the mirror and felt like maybe I needed a facelift. I went to see 3 plastic surgeons and 2 of the 3 told me yes, I needed a facelift. One even told me I also needed a breast lift, tummy tuck and liposuction even though that was not related to my original concern. When I met with Dr. Klenke, she was honest with me about what surgery could do and not do. She also reviewed non-surgical options as well and didn't push anything on me, but rather let me choose what made the most sense for me. I felt so comfortable and like I was in good hands. When I told her I was going through a divorce, she encouraged me not to make any rash decisions if I was feeling emotional because sometimes that's not the right move. I will be a Pinnacle gal for life!

Friendly staff, beautiful facility, and Dr. Klenke was very knowledgeable but not pushy. I highly recommend PPS.
