Dr. Crews has a great bed side manner and always takes great care of my child. He takes time to explain each procedure. He and his staff is always friendly and professional!

This is a great doctor. Great bedside manner and wonderful human being. He diagnosed and surgically repaired my septum and turbinates within two weeks of my initial consultation. Unhappy with what your other doctor is saying (I had almost given up)? Visit Dr. Crews and get a second opinion. This guy knows what he is doing.

I am not one who leaves reviews, but I will in this case to help prevent a case similar to mine. My wait time for 3-4 different appointments I have had range from 2 minutes - 45 + minutes. Dr. Crews treated my daughter like a # vs. a person. He was more concerned with getting me and my FB friends to like him on FB than really looking at my daughter's ears. Another appointment that my daughter needed to see him, not only did he scoff at what the urgent care doctor reported to me (my daughter's ear bled all over her sheet and had the blood dried up all in her ear) he took not one, but TWO phone calls right in front of us. He never has spent more than 4-5 minutes with my daughter. He also, during one appointment, complained how the military has new ENT which are taking "his" patients away from him. I am thankfully moving and instead of going back to him, I'm getting a new ENT doctor. Yes, my daughter has had her tubes in for 8 months now and STILL have has problems in both ears… (infections, fluid, pus, clogging of the tubes, etc.).I would HIGHLY recommend NOT going to Dr. Crews.

Dr crews was very great. He took one look at my son and said he could help him. My son needed tonsil and adnoids taken out. Not only did he do that,but also took out his ear tubes. Dr crews is a amazing doctor if your looking for an Ent here's your man

Dr. Crews took out my two year olds adenoids and he put tubes in her ears. I had second thoughts about getting this procedure done but after I met Dr. Crewsa and his staff which were very nice and corteous - they made us feel very comfortable through this procedure. I would recommend Dr. Crews to everyone and let them know how wonderful and caring of a doctor he is.

Dr. Crews & his staff were great! They all were very professional, kind, & courteous. It really help ease our minds about to procedure. They answered all of our questions & called between follow-up to check on our child! Just wonderful!

Just completed T/A on my seven yr old a week ago. The recovery has been a breeze. All of the little "xtras" that are done during and after surgery make all the difference. The wait time for the appointments were a little long, but considering the number of patients that are seen in a single day, it is understandable. Highly recommend Dr. Crews.

Dr Crews is an excellent ENT doctor , I would recommend him to everyone who needs this type of specialist , but his office staff leaves a lot to be desired , and needs to work on their people skills , otherwise ive had wonderful expierences with this facility.
