Dr. Audrey Mullin Sim, MD

Our annual visit to Dr. Sim's office was a pleasant experience. Firstly, the wait in the lobby was brief. Karen, the nurse, displayed a cheerful demeanor toward my granddaughter, making her feel welcome while taking her vitals. Sade is nonverbal and communicates using her communication device. Karen interacted with Sade as she would with any other patient, ensuring Sade felt included and respected. This demonstrated compassion rather than pity. I briefly stepped out of the room, and upon returning, I found Sade showing Dr. Sims her device and explaining what she was communicating. Dr. Sims engaged with Sade, making her feel comfortable and valued. After completing the checkup and addressing all questions, there was one final step: Karen needed to draw blood from Sade. Since it was her first time having blood drawn, I was concerned about how she would react. However, Karen's attentiveness and reassuring communication the process smooth and stress-free. Our annual exam was efficient and… seamless. I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Sim, Karen, and the Office Manager for their exceptional care, which makes Sade's yearly exam a positive experience. Throughout the year, if I need a prescription refill, it is handled promptly without any issues. Thank you once again to Dr. Sim and the staff for their outstanding support! As a reward during the blood draw, Karen suggested I treat Sade to the Dairy Queen down street, which we happily did!

I have been seeing the doctor for over 10 years and she’s been great to work with. However the billing department and front desk lady, Mary have been extremely difficult to deal with. I pay my co pay when prompted at my appointment. Recently sent to collections over a mistake on their side and no one wants to help me out. They keep saying it’s not my problem. Because of this situation I will be moving on.

As a Doctor, very professional and helpful. And takes the time to listen to me, very rare nowadays. As a person very sincere and easy going.

honest, compassionate, caring.... She is a dying breed and we need more doctors like this

Dr. Sim goes out of her way to listen. Then she works to help me make educated decisions about my healthcare. Though I live 30 minutes from her office, she's worth the drive. Dr. Sim is an old fashioned family doctor. Once you get to know her - you won't want to see any other doctor.

By far the best doctor I've ever had. I've been her patient for 15 years We moved about 10 years ago and we still drive 30 plus miles one way to see her. I trust her with my life that's why the whole family goes to her.

Had my appt for a week prior to visit for anxiety and depression issues which they knew when I made the appt. Only to be told they do not deal with these issues or write prescriptions for these issues. What? Seriously what? They could of told me that when I made the appt. I bet they bill the insurance co. though for wasting my time. Thanks for nothing. I hope this helps anyone else from wasting their time with this office.

Made me feel comfortable from the moment we met. Unlike many doctors, she listens more than she talks and makes my opinion part of the treatment plan instead of just telling me what to do or what meds to take... I feel like I have a say in my care and she doesn't get upset if I decline certain things ( like getting my flu shot) cannot recommend her enough!!!

I have dispatched a letter to Dr. Sim for which I have received no reply. My husband called her office hoping to get me in to see her. I was vomiting, no fever, no coughing, no sneezing....chills and aches though. He was told by the person answering the phone to give me ice chips and Gatorade and take me to the ER...not URGENT CARE but ER.....I promptly threw up the Gatorade when I tried to drink it. I began to cough almost to the point of throwing up. I was really concerned because I have Asthma, Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, IBS....I wasn't sure if one of the above conditions was involved in my illness. I went to BEAUMONT'S URGENT CARE and was diagnosed with BRONCHITIS and given medication. I have since found ANOTHER family doc and will NEVER see Dr. Sim again.....!

easy to talk to, friendly, compassionate...she actually has all after hour calls ring directly into her personal cell phone so you dont have to go through some answering service when you need her. this is rare to find nowadays. she is a dying breed of doctors who are in it for the love of what they do and not the money.
