Dr. Augustus Garland Parker, MD

Dr. Parker is the best in the world he has been my doctor for / 20 years. He has seen me through my children's birth through my hysterectomy and other things. His bedside manner is one of the best. I wish he was still in Columbus he would still be my doctor. Congratulations Dr Parker on a well-deserved comment!

Dr. Parker has been my doctor for 14 years, he was my physician in my child bearing years and was awesome. Now he is giving me great health care in this next phase of life of my life. His staff is great, kind and courteous and on top of things. Dr. Parker is the best!

Dr. Parker has been my OBGYN for 23you years he and his staff have delivered all 4 of my children. I had my tubes tied after my second child but, remarried and had them un- tied to have more children. Dr. Parker did such a great job tying my tubes that the reversal was easy for Dr. Levin to perform. Now my husband and I have two more very beautiful children! As you can imagine I have been to their office many times for many reasons. I have never left with a question un-answered or explained. The nurses are awesome! !!!!!!! The office staff ( the ppl. behind the window and phones) are the BEST. They take the time to listen to why I called and what I came in for. My insurance has changed over the years and again never an issue. So in closing if I had to rate Columbus Womens Care overall 1-5 with 5 being excellent I would rate them a 10 (Above and Beyond) They are like an extension of our family.

I dont understand all of these bad reviews. Everytime I seen Dr Parker I always had a pleasant experience. He is one of the best bed side doctors I have ever had. He does take the time to explain. He has never talked down to me nor rushed my appointment. He has one of the best staff. They are always friendly and professional.

I initially met Dr. Parker when he cared for my daughter during her first pregnancy 15 years ago. I now see Dr. Parker as my gynecologist and he's delivered all 3 of my grandchildren. He is second to none in accuracy of diagnosis', bedside manner and follow up. I recently took a job that had me in New York for a year....I waited until finished with the job before making my gynecological appointment....Dr. Parker is definitely worth the wait....and, I've already told my newlywed daughter-in-law that Dr. Parker must deliver any future grandchildren!

My daughter is going to be a first time Mom. Dr. Parker tends to talk down to her and assume she knows everything about parenting. He is very short with her and inpatient. My daughter does not feel comfortable with Dr. Parker and feels it's too late to switch doctors as she is 36 weeks.

I like that Dr. Parker is friendly, and makes you comfortable in asking any question. He always has another nurse or assistant in the room when doing exams, and makes you feel very confident that he knows what he is doing. He delivered my 3rd child and eleven years later he is still my doctor.

I love Dr. Parker, though his staff leaves much to be desired. I know that they see a great deal of patients, but they tend to treat you like you're a number. Just today I was left on hold for 7 minutes because the person who put me on hold forgot that the nurse was in an exam room.

I have been a patient of Dr. Parker's for over 15 years...When I got pregnant at the age of 40 Dr. Parker was very helpful providing me with information for being pregnant at my age. I had multiple problems throughout the pregnancy and he was always treated me with care. I had to be hospitalized when I was about 28 weeks and to save my life he induced labor at 29 weeks and I delivered a 2 1/2lb baby girl. I developed complications but Dr. Parker took excellent care of me. He has performed several successful surgeries. He has a caring bedside manner.
