Dr. Aung Thu, MD

Dr. Thu may be a wonderful doctor (I have no idea), but scheduling is horrible. I scheduled an appt for my brother. They said to see Dr Thu would schedule 3 to 4 months out. To see the PA was 1 month out. I scheduled the appt with the PA. When I called back to confirm, I was told there was no appt scheduled at all. I had to reschedule. Both times I tried to schedule an appt for him, I was told he had to see the PA. I told them I needed a letter for soc sec to become my brothers payee. They said Dr. Thu did not do that, then they said my brother had to see the PA and if the PA said it was ok he could get an appt with Dr Thu after 3 or 4 more months. I understand people having a bad day, but these women are the pits.

this is a Great Dr.s office they are Nice and help me when ever I ask for it... The Nurse Tammy is Awesome! and I have referred a couple of my friends here who love Cynthia the Nurse Practioner... And Karla makes my appointments and calls to remind me that I have an appointment....
