Dr. Aurora Gonzalez

Doctor Gonzalez is great. As long as you advocate for yourself and know what questions to ask, she will take the time to sit with you and answer them all. My only problem is I've ended up being in the office for almost 2 hours every time I go for an appointment (most of that time spent waiting), even when it should be a relatively short visit.

I know the wait can be longer than I'd like sometimes but after yesterday I understand. We often comment about long wait times when asked to give feedback. After our life altering experience, I have a different perspective. We were the one's causing others to wait. You don't get care like this from many places. SORRY but GRATEFUL.

When I first went saw Dr. Gonzalez I found out I was pregnant, the next appointment I found out I had a "blighted ovum". This was heartbreaking for me and Dr. Gonzalez told me "Well, this isn't a miscarriage because there is no baby." She had no sympathy or compassion, barely explained what a blighted ovum was, and as I was crying she just got up and left. Bedside manner is disgusting. I am not a doctor, to me I was pregnant with a baby, to me I did miscarry, I did take the pill, I did have contractions as I was pushing out the sack. I deal with the thought of this, how the news was given to me all the time, it happened 3 years ago and I am finally getting the nerve to write a review.

I was really looking forward to booking an appointment as a new patient at this facility. Called first time, was asked to hold for “a second”, 15 min later I hung up and called again. Second time, was asked to hold for “a second”, 5 min later was hung up on. Third time was asked to hold for “a second”, 13 min, was hung up on. What’s their problem?!?! Reviews for the doctors are good but what’s the use if you have to hold for a “never ending second” only to get hung up on? Just rude!!

I had to wait over three hours just to see her. I was misdiagnosed and judged for having a cosmetic procedure. I felt ridiculed by Dr. Gonzalez and do not plan on ever seeing her again. I spent close to one thousand dollars and I regret going to see her.

She really cares and takes her time. Other old male doctor just wanted to operate.

Long wait...A 3 hours wait even with an appointment.

Carring doctors are hard to find, I would defenetly highly recommend her, she is very passionate for her job. I went trough surgery and never felt any pain, she doesn't order any absurd test just to get your money,like many corrupt doctors or many medical centers do, she treats you like one of her own family members.

Horrible doctorShe is too inexperienced, she has horrible bed side manners and hands like a man. A dr is suppose to be gentle. Please look for another doctor!!!!!!!!!!!! Also ask for a second opinion before being operated by her.
