Dr. Austen Daniel Slade, MD

Dr. Austen Slade is a urologist who specializes in urology and surgery with 10 years of experience. He completed his medical training at McGovern Medical School at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. Dr. Slade completed his urology residency at the University of Utah in 2021 and went on to pursue advanced fellowship training in endourology at Indiana University, which he completed in 2023. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Dr. Slade practices at multiple locations throughout Idaho and maintains affiliations with St. Luke's Boise Medical Center, St. Luke's Jerome Medical Center, Saint Luke's Magic Valley Medical Center, Treasure Valley Hospital, and Intermountain LDS Hospital. His clinical expertise includes treating enlarged prostate conditions and kidney stones, including complex staghorn kidney stones. He performs comprehensive blood work evaluations and kidney function assessments to help diagnose and monitor urological conditions.
