Dr. Austen Daniel Slade, MD

Dr. Austen Slade is a urologist who also practices surgery with a decade of experience in the field. He completed his medical education at McGovern Medical School at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, followed by a urology residency at the University of Utah in 2021. Dr. Slade further enhanced his expertise through an endourology fellowship at Indiana University, which he completed in 2023. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Dr. Slade practices at multiple locations throughout Idaho and maintains affiliations with St. Luke's Boise Medical Center, St. Luke's Jerome Medical Center, Saint Luke's Magic Valley Medical Center, Treasure Valley Hospital, and Intermountain LDS Hospital. His practice focuses on treating enlarged prostate conditions, kidney stones, and complex kidney stone formations. He performs comprehensive blood work including complete blood counts and kidney function tests to monitor patient health.
