Very bad experience. This Dr does not follow up on tests she orders (even when the tests show problems), never replies to urgent correspondence, even when her assistant promises she will. Would strongly advise anyone needing endocrinologist to find better care rather than risking your well being.

I have already provided a Google review for her. Here it is: "I received great care from Dr. Port. From the moment I walked into her office, she made me feel valued and understood. Dr. Port provided very detailed advice, taking the time to explain every aspect of my treatment options. She spent over an hour with me, never once making me feel rushed. Her patience and thoroughness were truly remarkable. Dr. Port carefully and patiently explained all the options for better managing and controlling my diabetes, ensuring I felt confident and informed about my health decisions. Her dedication to her patients is evident in every interaction. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Port without hesitation!"

The worst I have ever seen. Refused to call in med that SHE prescribed. She is unprofessional .

Dr. Port is excellent, BUT once the appointment is over that's it. I've been unable to get medical supplies ordered through her office for at least 6 months now. Extremely frustrating and scary when you have blood sugars in the 40's!!! The office staff does not follow up on anything. Very unreliable to say the best. Dr. Port is basically impossible to reach via phone or the portal after visits. Patients left just hanging in the wind to fend for themselves.
