I was pleased that there was no long wait. The majority of my wait time was just me filling out my new client paper work. She has a very welcoming and pleasant staff. I appreciated their knowledge and efficiency. Dr. Ingley was nice and listened to my concerns. She prioritizes physical therapy and other preventive measures before opting for surgery as a last resort. But will take surgery as a measure if critically necessary. Dr. ingley seems very plugged with the best of the best PTs and specialists in the city to recommend for any additional care. I’d definitely go see her again or recommend her to someone I care about.

Seeing Dr. Ingley was great. She was attentive and asked questions. She provided great insight with my condition. The staff at NW ENT was also friendly. Check- in process was quick and efficient.

For me she was not the physician that previous patients described. She was distracted and kept looking at her watch. She was not interested in exploring the issues I've been having with my ears and seemed annoyed when I tried to explain what's been happening and progressively getting worse. It was like she had decided her spiel before she walked in the door and was determined to keep the appointment focused on that. She made fun of my PCP 's recommendation for treatment of symptoms which have been working. From her reviews I was hopeful. I can't recommend her. She said she'd see me in a year to follow-up with my hearing loss. I will find another ENT to follow my hearing loss. Will not go back to her. The audiologist was the most helpful and gave me information that was helpful.

Took time with me. Listened and understood my concerns. A good caregiver.

I absolutely love Dr. Ingley! She listens and is very kind and friendly. She is a wonderful doctor!

Dr Ingley is fantastic. She’s been my doc for 10 years now. I appreciate how she listens to me and is able to communicate in no-nonsense language that is always appropriate for me. I recommend Dr Ingley!

35 minute wait in the waiting room, but she was really great.

I did not appreciate her poor bedside manners, and she often interrupted me when I was still asking a question.
