Dr. Avidon Appel, DO

Following a recommendation after an automobile accident I visited Dr. Appel. His treatment and demeanor were excellent but his office is in ability to provide medical records has really been a disappointment. I have not seen Dr. Appel in over 6 months and after multiple attempts by my attorneys office and me personally we have been unable to obtain simple medical records from his office. It’s always someone else’s fault or they’re looking into it with the same result of us still not having the medical records requested. I cannot recommend Dr. Appel’s office especially if you were going to require medical records at some point.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr Appel since the beginning of his practice. He is extremely personable. He is never in a rush and listens carefully to our concerns. Dr Appel will explain in easy to understand terms any pertinent information to us regarding physical issues and/or concerns we may have. Whenever we see him, no matter the reason, he takes a thorough look at us and does a complete exam to identify any issues beyond why we have come to see him. He recently was checking me for a sinus infection, and noticed a problem with my eye not being positioned properly. Dr Appel immediately did an exam and insisted that I see a qualified opthamologist to identify what was happening with my vision. Fortunately I had a problem that was correctable with special lens and no organic issue was found

after meeting Dr. Appel my husband and I are switching to dr. Appel's care. He speaks/understand Spanish a plus for us.

Dr. Appel is great, on time and gives a through exam. His staff is on the ball.

It is very important for men to find a doctor they can relate to and be comfortable with. I'm glad I found Dr. Appel.

My husband and i are very happy and thankful to have Dr. Appel as our physician. His diagnoses are accurate,and his guidance in educating us in our health care is appreciated. We recommend Dr. Appel to any one in search for a great doctor.
