Dr. Ayesha Kanwal, DO

I have been a patient of this office for almost two years. They NEVER answer the phone, and when they do you have to leave the nurse a message. SHE NEVER CALLS BACK and if she does it’s literally A MONTH LATER (which I mentioned to the doctor and they blamed it on switching telephone service but here we are a year later and nothing has changed)! They don’t refill prescriptions. This is the second time I’ve been going through with drawl symptoms because they fail to refill my prescriptions. I’ve had to call my PCP to get a new script because this office cannot seem to fill prescriptions. They’ve only taken blood work once, which was my new patient appointment, and nothing since. Seems like they want you in then leave you to rot after. The doctor is super sweet and caring but the office staff is the worst I have every experienced. I wouldn’t wish it upon anyone. I WOULD NOT recommend this office to my worst enemies. The reason I picked this doctor is because of all the positive reviews,… I’m now convinced these are fake. There is no way this office continues to to practice like this and people do not complain. I question the patients and their care.

I am so happy my PCP found Dr Kanwal for me. She listens to all your issues and takes the time to explain and answer all questions. Sometimes long wait but so worth it.
