Dr. Ayleen Anna Pinera-Llano, MD

We are new to Miami. I made an appointment to have my daughter seen as a mew patient and to get her vaccinations for school transferred to Florida forms (she has already been vaccinated). The only available appointment was two weeks out so we took that. My daughters school starts 5 days after our appointment. I made clear to them that we absolutely couldn’t miss this appointment because if they couldn’t take her she wouldn’t be allowed into school. We filled out alp the paperwork. Showed up 20 minutes early and they refused to see my daughter because her step mother brought her to the appointment. I called and said I was across town with my son and could I FaceTime. That no one said a step parent wasn’t allowed to bring the child in. They refused. They couldn’t have cared less about the fact that we made the appointment with them. Showed up on time. Filled out all paperwork ahead of time. That the adult with my daughter was her stepmother. They didn’t care she is starting a new… school. They were so so rude. I would literally never trust these people to care for my child as they really couldn’t care less about their patients.

As always it was a pleasure to see Dr. Pinera-Llano! She is such a professional, friendly and caring doctor who relates so easily to your child at any age!
