1st visit was for an extraction. I asked her for antibiotics and was told that I didn’t need them. #2 - back with infection. She made sure to mention that I didn’t need antibiotics when I was there the first time but now I did. She gave me amoxicillin. #3 - I told her that I had bony spot that looked like it was infected. They took x rays, told me there was nothing there. #4 - Same swollen hard white spot. Dr. Santiesteban said it was normal. Visit 5 - came in laughing asking was I STILL in pain? I showed her again. She said it was bone and that it had to be filed. She gave me a shot but was in a hurry. She started to file and I told her it hurt. She began again after about a minute. I jumped up in the chair because it REALLY hurt and I told her so. I badly wanted to get this fixed and then never see any of them again. She was rushed and rude and I left feeling horrible. still swollen 3 weeks after the first appointment.
