My first visit with Dr. Abdalla seemed to go well. She seemed knowledgeable and interested in my care. However as soon as I left the office it was as if I was never there. Staff did not follow through with labs and scheduling needed referrals. I have Mixed Connective Tissue Disease and Lupus and during my visit, I mentioned that I was having trouble urinating. Staff told me dr would contact in a day about my results. I did not hear back, contacted them because I was now not able to void completely... still No call back from dr! I called emergency service 3 times till she finally responded back, which at that point my only option was to go to ER. My other drs have requested additional test that her staff is supposed to get approvals for and I have been waiting 6 weeks for and still waiting. Staff lied to me saying they were waiting for Ins. approval. I contacted my Ins and found out staff did not submit request but a day ago!! And this is with my husband and I calling the office to… check on status every few days and going into the office with hopes of getting them to do their job. If you have a serious health condition do not go to this office... you will be dead before they do what they are supposed to do. Terrible Drs and staff.
