Dr. Babajide Olutosin Runsewe, MD

Dr. Runsewe has helped me through recent health challenges, and I’m extremely happy with the care I’ve received. The office does accept walk-ins, but I always schedule my appointments. I often see people get upset about waiting, but in my experience, planning ahead makes visits smooth and efficient. Highly recommend Dr. Runsewe and the nice front office staff for their professionalism and compassion.

He takes time to listen, understands you as a patient and genuinely cares for your overall health. I will definitely recommend him.

I was informed that Patient First serves as a primary care facility for long term care. Not so, Runsewe did not care about backup from other doctors. I recently moved to Maryland so I came with backup information on my previous doctors and medications. Runsewe wrote prescriptions for what he wanted with no follow through and a nurse informed me he only wanted to refill some of my prescriptions and I would need to see another doctor for the balance. Really? So Patient First and Runsewe act primary care but at their discretion?

Not only a horrible doctor, but the most uncaring human being I have ever incountered. He sees patients as nothing more then scum looking for a fix. Well guess what medication is made for a reason, and having an MD after your name doesn't make you a god. If he would actually listen first, and get the chip off his shoulder then maybe he might actually be worth the space and air he wastes as a member of society. People come to you sick, looking for help. To make someone cry for needing a doctor is sadistic and sad. Not to mention doing it on a hunch without proof, and in fact all proof showing to the contrary.

He is very thorough, very accurate diagnosis before lab resulted

By far, the rudest doctor I have seen in my life. If I could rate negative in the bedside manner category I would. I JUST moved to the area so I have no primary care physician and went to Patient First (at this point the name is actually laughable). He told me it was too bad I did not have a primary care physician and he would not help me with anything I needed. Then, he accused me of being a drug addict at which point I walked out. I will absolutely NEVER be back to this facility. What a waste of a copay.

This doctor makes diagnosis without physically examining patients.
