Dr. Marefat was very prompt and professional, but also friendly and personable. His staff was very helpful and supportive, worked together as an efficient team. He explained the treatment effectively and answered all questions thoroughly. My experience has been very positive.

I felt every patient was on an assemble belt, moving room to room for each procedure. Untrained staff without any degrees, taking measurements of the optical lens of the eye. Each staff member doing a different procedure and shuffling the patient to the next room. By the time the doctor enters the room, the session last then 5 minutes. Uncomfortable feeling towards the doctor but also the staff.

Dr Marefat is by far the best doctor I have visited bar none. Does not condescend, is extremely knowledgeable and listens to your concerns. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Did not diagnose my mother correctly. Office staff was rude. The follow up with my mother was inadequate which prolong my mother diagnosis.
