Dr. Bachar Kurdi, MD

I did not get to see dr.kurdi and wouldn’t like too either. All because of this one lady in the front desk name is ANGELA I’m sorry but this is the WORST front desk treatment I have ever received in my life! Enough for me to actually go in person and complain but even get worse treatment by her in person! First I called to schedule and appointment because my referral from my primary doctor got approved and I got authorization. So I called the lady Angela answered was very rude in speaking fast (you can barley understand her because she barley spoke English) but anyways besides that she Kept telling me they don’t accept medical but then asked me for my ID insurance when I took longer than 10 sec to get it she rudely without asking me put me on hold. Didn’t answer me back then I called back and she picked up and said “I told you to hold” and practically hung up on me. She did this 5 times kept hanging up when she didn’t know what to say or deal with listening to me. I called my primary… doctors office and they said that dr.kurdi does take my insurance and that it’s not the first complaint that get about that lady. So I decide to go in person because it’s not fair for anyone to treat people like she does. When I show up and ask to speak to someone above her she says there is nobody. She tells the billing guy right next to her to handle me(he is want rude but very timid like would not stand up against her) as I was talking to him in front of her she interrupted and would talk over me telling me that she spoke to me already and they didn’t have time for me to argue and she continued to be rude threatening me to call security when I wasn’t doing anything to her except asking to speak to someone about her or get the doctors email to file a formal complaint. She almost tried shutting the front desk window over my hands even tho I was telling her to just listen to me. This is by far the rudest and unacceptable customer service I have ever experienced and I’m a nurse who also has worked at a doctor’s office..we would never treat our patients or any person like she does. I will be writing and email to dr.kurdi but as I was talking to her and she was yelling over me dr.kurdi came to the front desk I looked at him and said “dr.kurdi I’m compl...” and he just passively waved me off and walked away so I don’t know If he will do anything about it specially since I’m not the first person to complain about it for years and apparently she has been doing this for 25 years unacceptable behavior. If a front desk manager like that exists and a doctor who doesn’t care about all the bad reviews he is receiving because of her... that office or practice should not exist and I will make sure to report it or find a way to let people know that it is the worst specialist office I have ever dealt with. As a nurse I hate to see people who dont Truly love helping others working in the medical field.

Do not go to this doctor. Not useful

Very caring and loving to his patient. My mom loves him. He will tender to any of my moms request. Don't have any issue with the front desk. .

Dr. Kurdi is a very caring doctor. Makes you feel at ease. The only thing I don't like is sometimes it's a long wait.

My mother and auntie started seeing Dr Kurdi about 15 years ago. Now I see him. He took such good care of them that when I was diagnosed with diabetes, he was the one I ran to. He's always been there for me. All I had to do was call him day or night. My fiancé met and was telling his own Dr how great Dr Kurdi was. He wished his Dr was as passionate and kind as Dr Kurdi is. I understand that many of you have problems with Angela and I too had my problems with her. Tell Dr Kurdi when you see him and let him know what she is doing to make you angry. He will take care of it. If you don't speak up, then how is he to know? Hopefully this review will help you understand the workings of his practice. Good luck

Doc Kurdi is wonderful. Its his office staff (Angela) that sets a bad tone for him...All the online reviews seems to say the same thing. She is HORRIBLE, absolutely HATES, HATES dealing with people..Extremely poor in following thru on her duties. Treats patients as if they are a distraction to her job, NOT the reason for it. Doc Kurdi either is turning a blind eye, or isn't aware of how she is with patients. But unfortunately there is no way around her to be able to see him. I feel sorry for him as he probably doesn't realize how many patients he loses due to ANGELA and her ineptness...Cause he is really a great doctor.

Doc Kurdi is terrific.His office staff leaves alot to be desired. Angela is absolutely the worst. Inefficient in her job, poor people skills. HATES dealing with people, feels the patients are inconveniences in her job.

Dr . Kurdi's wife ( Angela: front desk) is an extremely rude & unhelpful person. She is very low class and not educated person. My dad has to change to another Dr.

FRUSTRATION!!! The recepcionist ANGELA is the most unprofessional and rudest person ever encountered!!! I have been struggling over 3 weeks to schedule and appointment... She is mean and rude all the time. (Has no intention of helping) I hope this Dr. Knows what kind of people works for him.

every time I have appt. I have to wait 45 mins to 1 hrto be seen !!!!! I don't care how good the Dr is, if he can't be close to on time then I don't want him as my Dr. We all have life's that don't revolve around Dr kurdi!!!!!! I guess we should show up 2 hrs late n hope I can still be seen , what a joke can anyone tell me where I can go for a Dr that respects other peoples life's and commitments. How can Dr kurdi be so arrogant to think we will be late for the rest of our appts throughout the day ? Sorry fr kurdi your not that good . good luck on keeping the respect of your patients . if I was late 45mins. Everyday I'd be jobless god bless America and the double standards. I guess we need to be in the same tax bracket before we can be seen in a timely fashion . don't they need more Dr.s in Iraq? Please go there and get a job , you don't belong here in America go disrespect them people who try to hurt us AMERICANS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
