I had Dr Garland rebuild my L,Shoulder back in 1985ish and never have had a problem. Here it is 2015 and i still have he's card. Great Doc. Thank you Doc.

Very easy to talk to, great bedside manner. An overall great experience considering the circumstances. Would recommend him to all my friends and family.

Great accurate diagnosis. One of the best surgeons for hip and knee replacement according to the Zimmer rep and my opinion also. Explains as much as you need. I would recommend him any time and would use him again if need be.

I was seen by another doctor regarding my imminent hip replacement surgery, and left his office completely depressed. I knew I needed surgery but didn't want it done by him. I then saw Dr Garland, what a whole different experience. I was actually looking forward to my surgery. He explained the procedure with props, his surgery scheduling staff were awesome and the actual surgery and recovery were so much easier than I expected. I have since met two other hip patients of his that have said the same thing. Not only is he a great surgeon, but also a very personable one as well. I highly recommend him.

After a car accident, I'd been seen by several different doctors & specialists. A pain management doctor at UCI referred me to Dr. Garland. He immediately got to the root of my pain and prescribed the appropriate course of treatment which differed from every opinion I'd previously received. He listened to me and my recovery was quick. Although this happened 8 years ago, I still couldn't be more grateful for his attention.

I am a nurse and very careful about the doctors that I see. I had several personal references which were excellent. I found Dr Garland to be kind, personable, and willing to answer any and all questions. Also, he was willing to listen to my concerns and give detailed explanations. He also has a good sense of humor, which I really appreciate.
