Dr. Thomas Hyonuk Yun, MD

My experience with Dr. Thomas Yun was deeply disappointing and I would not recommend him. During my initial visit as a new primary care patient, I raised about ten health concerns. None of them were addressed. The only action taken was to schedule a blood test. For the follow-up video call, which I expected would be to discuss my initial concerns and the lab results, I was asked to pay another co-pay. When I questioned the charge, pointing out that none of my issues had been addressed in the first visit, Dr. Yun became frustrated, blamed the hospital's policy, and canceled the call. I essentially paid a co-pay for a service that was never rendered. I received no medical advice, my concerns were ignored, and I was left with lab results without any professional interpretation. This felt unethical and I am now in search of a new, more professional primary care physician.
