Dr. Baldev G Das, MD

Dr. Das is an exceptional pediatrician. He is an outstanding diagnostician as well as being caring and compassionate. He follows up on a child's progress and demonstrates genuine concern and wisdom.

Was using this doctor for the past 7 years, until today. The office staff was so unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. I will never go back. Which is too bad because I really liked Dr. Das. My husband was so upset after taking my daughter there, I called to try to figure out the problem and was hung up on, and my daughter even told me the lady yelled at daddy. The only thing he was trying to find out was what the visit was being submitted as, and if he needed to pay a copay because we're only allowed so many well care visits per year. She was telling him the doctor was checking the problem with her ears, we were there for a follow up immunization, I made the appt 6 months ago and we've never had a problem with her ears. How nice people are acting 2 days before Christmas. I know what I'm getting for Christmas this year....a new pediatrician for my kids!
