Dr. Baothang Ngoc Pham, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Pham’s for over 30 years, and every visit has been a wonderful experience. The nurses and staff are consistently caring, attentive, and truly amazing. My husband began seeing Dr. Pham about 10 years ago and has had the same exceptional experience. We are both grateful for the outstanding care we continue to receive.

I know everyone had different issues and different experiences, my experiences have been nothing but amazing! My husband and I both see Dr. Pham and have been for about 6 years now. He shows compassion for his patients, he seems to actually care what is going on with them and wants to make sure they are taken care of. I Seriously can not say one bad thing at all about thos Dr nor any of the staff. We have experienced nothing but kindness and professionalism.

Dr Pham is amazing with a great bedside manner. The only complaint I have is his nurse practitioner, she is rude, obnoxious and very unprofessional. Definitely does not need to be in that role. Other than her, he's definitely the best Dr I've ever met!

Dr. Pham runs a very professional private practice and has all the qualities that I look for in a Dr. He spends time listening and getting to understand a patient's needs and does not make unnecessary referrels like the hospital/medical group affiliated Docs so often do. I was fed up with that after using MHHG related clinics. I was most impressed with his manner and concern, so as I said, I've found my new regular Doc! My wife was also impressed and being the daughter of a Doctor, she knows. She will be making an appt soon, too.

I've been seeing Dr. Pham for about 7 years. I have nothing but good things to say. Dr. Pham and his staff has always been professional and polite to me. I have always been seen the day of or the day after I call for an appointment.And when I've called for a "sick" appointment I am usually seen right away. I particularly like the the number system. Although it may seem impersonal to some, it is actually a way of protecting ones privacy. I personally do not like my whole name being yelled out in a room of strangers. As far as time waiting to be seen. Only once in the seven years I seen Dr Pham did I have to wait for an unusual amount of time.. This was right after Hurricane Harvey when dr. Pham was trying to fit patience in that missed appointments because hurricane. Dr. Pham and his staff has always gone above and beyond my expectation of the type of care I should receive as a patient.

I have been seeing Dr. Bao Pham for about six years. He has been prescribing me Xanax 2mg three times a day. I recently had a seizure and went back to him. He cut me off prescribed me clonazepam 1mg, once a day, 30 day supply. I told him I can't be tapered off like that. He told me to come back in a week. When I went back, after hours mind you, he proceeded to tell me he has a family and eight employees he needs to take care of. In addition, he told me doctors that prescribe xanax. I called back and I was told that he can't serve me any more. A caring doctor would taper me off. Again, I suffered another seizure. He needs to be stopped. He is nothing but a script doctor. He does not care about your health, only money.

Anytime absolutely anytime I call to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT and pretty much make them earn money, my money - these girls at front desk say PLEASE HOLD AND MAKE YOU WAIT 20-45 MINUTES. Yes, I waited that much one time just to tell her - SHAME ON YOU!BE PROFESSIONAL! This is ridiculous. Today 2.5.2019 - one lady picked up the phone 10 minutes prior to their lunch time and made me wait - I hung up the phone to call again, AND OF COURSE THEY WERE GONE FOR LUNCH. Idiots! There are clinics and docs all over my area - you be gone off business if you continue disrespecting patients. I will make sure I will spread the word and put review on all 11 websites. Hope you close soon!

Dr. Pham is a very through with his exams, a very clear on his explanation of his treatment. He is extremely a patient doctor, who does not make you feel rushed or uncomfortable when you have questions. He also has a very sweet and very knowledgeable nurse practitioner. Everyone in his office and friendly and polite. And the best part is you rarely have to wait to be seen. Best doctor ever.

Dr.Pham listens to his patients. He works with them to help them understand and solve their problems.

Dr. Pham takes care of our whole family. There is never a problem getting an appointment if we need to be seen. He always asks how everyone is doing, and has referred us to specialists and coordinated our care when necessary. We are extremely fortunate.
