Good experience - short and to the point - gave practical advice -would recommend to friends and family

Dr. Barbara Blasko should be fired. I went to her because I had been suffering from depression. She was cold and insensitive. I felt judged the entire time. She prescribed me antidepressants and then lied about them in her charts. I contacted PlushCare trying to explain the situation because It was her say against mine. I’ve never been on antidepressants, and I know that people want pills for the wrong reasons, but I truly thought that this would be the appropriate choice for the matter. Luckily I was refunded but I will never go to this doctor again for being unethical and lying in her charts. What if this was life or death and I needed a prescription for something life threatening! Mental health is no joke.

Decided to talk to someone about my depression and finally seek help. During my meeting Dr. Barbara Blasko prescribed me antidepressants after I explained how I was dealing with depression for a long time. I suggested that maybe antidepressants would work for me. She looked up the pharmacist while talking to me and told me that she sent them to my pharmacy. Hours later I called the pharmacy to get my prescription and they told me that nothing had been called in. I contacted PlushCare about the situation and they pulled up my logs and it said that nothing was prescribed. What a joke! There is no excuse for this. This is regarding someone’s health and safety. Luckily I’m being refunded for my visit, but I would never recommend this doctor to anyone! Very insensitive and unethical to her practice! Pretty sure what she did is illegal as well!

I recently visited the ER due to severe pain, still as of today unexplained but better. I've been to ERs before and as such, know how they run and the concept of triage. While I was not seen by Dr. Blasko for several hours due to waiting for blood test and CT scan results, when she did see me in the examining room she was efficient and took the time to listen to my symptoms and my questions about prior illnesses and surgeries and whether those could be contributing factors. She ordered me something for my pain which I didn't have to ask for and something for nausea because she knew the pain medicine might make me sick. After all the information was received she came back to me and gave me the results and we agreed I would contact a specialist of which I am already a patient. Was she chatty? No. Was she all business? Yes. That's what you have to be like working in an ER. BTW, there were 4 major traumas that were brought in while I was waiting and she had to attend to them as well. I'm… surprised by all the less than great reviews. I thought she was great.

Dr. Blasko assessed my father, 90 years old. Made a thorough assessment through a battery of tests and the help of a very efficient and compassionate RN who's name I cannot remember.

Barbara was very personable and made sure I understood everything we discussed. She took the time to make sure my questions were answered and that any medications necessary were explained to me. She was able to diagnose and pinpoint my needs and give me advice for what is needed going forward.

Very inconsiderate. She makes a judgement on you at first glance. Don't give you the time of day. Tells you nothing is wrong even though tests she ran determines there is. You will have too go to another doctor too get your issues solved. She is the worst and has NO bedside manners or sympathy. Sorry I wasted my time with her.

Dr. Blasko is no Doctor at all. She don't care about the patient and their concerns. When the patient is told nothing's wrong and the lab results show clearly there is!! What are you too do!! Go see a real Doctor that cares!! Don't waste your time with this one!!

I took my daughter to er last night for anxiety and fear of bad reaction to low dose of anxiety pill prescribed by family dr. Dr Blasko had no reason to treat her like a lying noncompliant druggie. She basically interrogated her. She was condescending , rude and impatient and my daughter left feeling hopeless and worse than when she came in. Avoid this Dr

I was recently treated by Dr. Blasko at Riverside Emergency. I did not have a good experience with her at all. 2 weeks ago my Obgyn told me my 7 week old baby did not have a heartbeat and I had to take Misoprostol for the miscarriage to take affect. After a week and a half of emotional and physical pain, my body started bleeding something aweful and I needed to go to the emergency room. She came in to "treat" me and I must say, I have never been judged by anyone so harshly in my life. She treated me as if I had a choice in the matter, as if I did this to myself, willingly. She was so rough with me and hurt me very badly when removing blood clots. And after the entire horrid experience she yelled at the nurse that she had no idea "this was the kind of case she was dealing with". As if I had not been through enough, she scarred me for life with her thoughtlessness and her treatment. It was the most horrible thing I have ever had to go through in my life. I would not reccomend her.
