She was very irresponsible by not paying attention to details. She didn't even take enough time review all my test results and didn't even realize there was very crucial report missing from the lab. And she gave me wrong information about my health profile due to missing report with which we decided to proceed with IVF treatment. We were blessed with twins with our second IVF treatment, but we realized both were born with chromosomal abnormalities and birth defects which made our life upside down. I love my babies to my heart but there are times I couldn't imagine the pain they went through. Such a traumatic experiences we had in the past. I still feel I am blessed to have three kids but I am not able to digest this doctor's negligence and irresponsibility in paying attention to details.

Quick to recommend the most expensive alternative that wasn't even necessary. Didn't even congratulate me on my pregnancy.

I paid a huge price for doctors irresponsibility and lack of appropriate care in "taking enough time to review the patient's (my) complete medical test results" and "making informed choices/decisions in providing the care to the patient (me)", which has put my whole family in a very difficult and tough situation through out our lives.

All the Doctors in this clinic are TOP NOTCH (especially Dr. Faber) along with the nursing staff. This is one of the hardest things you have to go through as a couple and we found that the entire staff was there with you each step of the way. Also keep in mind this is a journey...and you may not get pregnant on the first try. But they have programs in place to help you with your chances of success. The first Fertility Clinic we visited in Scottsdale we had a HORRIBLE experience. But felt right at home at ARMS. We got to know each doctor there and feel like we were in great hands the entire time. Do keep in mind that many insurance companies don't pay for treatment. So do your research first with your insurance company and find out from ARMS what is covered/not covered before hand. None of this is cheap....but ARMS will help you achieve success in anyway they can. They want you to get pregnant just as much as you do!!

Dr. Faber is fantastic! My wife and I went to ARMS with very low expectations after a bad experience with another office in Scottsdale. There we felt very uncomfortable and that we were "dollars in the bank". At ARMS it is completely different not only because of the over the top professionalism of the doctors but their honesty in the process. My wife and I(she 35 and I 41)have been trying to have children the conventional way for three years without success. In my opinion ARMS was there every way possible and Dr. Faber and ARMS should be praised for their great work that they do. Thank you!
