Dr. Barbarajo Leone Mcgarry, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. McGarry's for more than 15 years. Her practice is not very close to where I live but I refuse to switch doctors because she is the best! To illustrate what kind of person and doctor she is -- shortly after I became her patient, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. The morning after my mastectomy surgery, she came to the hospital on her day off to visit me for an hour and brought me a book. She is an incredibly caring doctor who is also very knowledgeable and skilled. I cannot say enough good things about her.

Dr. McGarry has been our family doctor for many years. She is very caring and understanding. Can joke around and be very serious when needed. She always works with the patient not against them. She'll come up with ideas and suggestions for what the next step would be for your next treatment. Dr. McGarry gives her All when with her patients!!

Just an awful wait and rushed experience

I've been a patient of Dr. McGarry, as well as my husband, for decades. I can't say enough good things about her bedside manner and her medical professionalism. I refer my friends to her.As for the wait in the office - well, sometimes she spends that extra little time with her patients, getting a feel of what is going on in their lives that might be causing some sort of condition. I just wouldn't go to anyone else.

I highly recommend Dr. McGarry - she is extremely caring, patient and she actually listens to what one has to say. She will not order tests that are unnecessary but she will always listen to your opinion and she will call with test results. Even when your problem is complicated, she will take the time to figure it out.
