Dr MacCollum and her staff were all amazing. I had a lot of concerns and Dr MacCollum took her time in answering my questions and putting my mind at ease. I never felt like I was being rushed or dismissed. I would highly recommend Dr. MacCollum to my family and friends.

Entire staff from the nurses to the office staff are fantastic. Dr. MacCollum is very personable. Everyone put me at ease for my fist colonoscopy.

Dr Maccollum has been my gastroenterologist for 20 and I recommend her very highly. She’s very well informed, experienced and perceptive. her personality is warm and caring. You will be in excellent hands.

Dr. Maccollum is wonderful to work with. She takes her time with you, and her office staff just couldn't be nicer. I went to her for a colonoscopy, and the facility she uses is equally wonderful. Great staff, kind and competent, and they use a milder form of anesthesia which is terrific. I highly recommend her.

I was called three times to make my appt and the day of my appt I received a call saying they would not accept my United health plan. They had weeks to verify but it was verified on the same day of my appt so I strongly advise patients to make sure your insurance is accepted or you will have wasted all your planning to make room in your schedule for this doctors office like I did.

Had a visit to establish care for a routine colonoscopy. Excellent initial visit and the colonoscopy went without a hitch. Kind, caring, personable, 5 stars.Will go back and refer friends and others.I am a physician and know how to rank fellow physicians.
