Dr. O'Brien really cares about her patients. She takes the time to explain medications and diagnosis to her patients. She really does care about your well being and she follows up. She shows up to the hospital and keeps your family in the loop. She truly does watch out for her patients and will tell you what you need to do for a better quality of life. I like her honesty and her bedside manner. She is the one you want for your parents and yourself.

In my opinion, it seems like she was on something? She listens but doesn't have answers or solutions...in one ear, out the other. I agree that it seems like she doesn't know what she is doing.

Other than diagnosing common colds and ear infections, she pretty useless. She's friendly, but doesn't seem very educated. Often times, you have to see a nurse practitioner. Don't waste your time, find a doctor who works for you.
