My approach is Cognitive-Behavioral and Supportive and considers how physical problems, thoughts and beliefs, and the social environment can affect our perceptions and influence the choices we make. Through psychotherapy or talk therapy, you will become more insightful and develop goals that may result in positive changes to improve your quality of life.
