Dr.Sturm is an excellent physician- she is caring and kind ! The problem is the office. The office doesn’t answer phone calls during their posted time” they will call you back with in 24 hours and request you not contact them! If you miss their call you try to call back and go through the same procedure- sorry !!only one person answers the phone. I had hoped when the office moved some scheduling problems would be resolved- they are only worse. I mDe an appointment 6 months ago for a check- I had melanoma. The office left me a voice mail- they canceled my appointment - no reason given. 8 days later when I get ahold of them- I have to wait until Nov. because” I didn’t call right back???!!!” Actually I tried. As much as I like this physician I can no longer recomend. Every member of my family (adults ) have dealt with this and likewise left. I’m saddened!

I have seen the doctor in office, was very nice and attentive to my concern. Doctor discussed treatment with me, and we agreed on a course. Would highly recommend her.

So happy to have found a new dermatologist who in invested in my future health. I"ve been to a dermatology center before, but it was very impersonal. In Dr. Sturm, I feel I've found a doctor who cares and will remember me.

I have the highest regard toward Dr. Sturm. She is very concerned about me in all of my office visits. Her staff has always been very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Sturm to anyway needing professional care. She is never in a hurry to get out of room and always concerned about me. She is Great!
