I recently had cataract surgery by Dr. Barry Belgorod on both eyes with new lens implants. My vision is now 20/20 without glasses. Dr. Belgorod spent time going over all procedures with me, answering my questions, giving clear written pre and post-operative instructions and making sure I understood everything. He spent time answering all my questions completely and never seem to be in too much of a rush to help me. When I called the office to ask questions, he called me back within an hour. The original examination was through and included procedures both in his office and at the Manhattan eye and ear hospital. During the surgery, Dr. Belgorod explained everything that he was doing. I am so very satisfied with all my care including my follow-up care.

Dr. Belgorod is very careful but he charges between $600 - $1,600 for a visit so I am no longer able to see him. My last visit was more than $1,000.
