Dr. Barry John Mccasland, MD

Dr. Mccasland is the kindest, most patient , caring doctor I have ever known. Has always been there for me. His staff are the most courteous and professional group. You can always speak to a human . Five stars to staff also.

Go some place that wont treat you w/ disdain just bc you hve a scheduling issue.

He was a great neurologist. He was very patient and talked out with me what medications he thought would and wouldn’t work. He gave me time and wasn’t rushing himself during my appointments. After he prescribed me medication after medication, he thought that he wouldn’t be able to serve as a help anymore. I appreciated when he knew that he did everything this he could do but wasn’t wasting my time. He then referred me to a different neurologist. If I had any other issues, I would go back to him.

He has been an awesome Dr and love his personality. :)

I have been seeing Dr. MacCasland since about the time he opened his practice here in Atlanta. He has always been, helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and empathetic. It has generally been a joy to have him treat me.

Dr. Mccasland, Treated me after an acute injury. I didn't think my arm would be the same again, I had constant issues and loss of function. Dr. Mccasland was amazing and I would recommend him to anyone.

If you are sent to him by Workman's Comp Injury forget it. I hope the money they get for the lies they tell are worth it.

Dr McCaslands office scheduled my appointment, I took off of work for the day of the appointment. Two days prior to the scheduled appointment the Drs office called and said my appointment had to be cancelled because the person in his office that actually scheduled the appointment did not know what she was doing and was subsequently fired. I explained that I had to take off of work for the appointment but they were not sympathetic and insisted my appointment had to be rescheduled and no appointment was open for 3 months. Completely unprofessional treatment and I will tell as many people as I can about this episode. This Dr does not deserve a client list and I will NEVER contact him again.

I haven't had that level of care since I was a small boy. I always got a lollipop but I also got a shot. At least Dr. Mccasland didn't give me a shot. I'm a little ticked about no lollipop. I am truly impressed by how caring and attentive he was. He spent time with me, and asked questions. He cared about me. That meant more than I can tell you. He is the best I have seen in a long time. Thank you.
