From the time I made the appointment on phone and walked a perfect experience. I was greeted with a smile and respect like they truly cared. Heather at front desk was super supportive and very helpful with explaining my paperwork and what I needed. I was called 5 minutes before my appointment was even scheduled and the Nurse Shellie was superb and happy I had to get a couple of shots and I never felt a thing . Dr Mossman was GREAT explained things asked and took his time with me I truly felt I was in the right place and found the best Dr. this side of the Mississippi. Then when I checked out Charlene took care or rescheduling me and making other appointments for me. I was thanked and asked questions about my visit Thank You all for caring

Dr. Mossman is a caring Dr. he takes time to listen to you. He doesn't rush through your appointment. He is a caring Dr. and will take time to listen to what is going on in your life and will work with you to treat your symptoms. I've been with Dr. Mossman for many years (10+ years).

Dr. Barry Mossman is an excellent doctor. He has been my doctor for about 8 years. He has always been very thorough and professional. He has been very accurate in my diagnosis and in prescribing the right meds. He keeps a close watch on and explains my lab results in detail. He is friendly and considerate.

Dr. Mossman acts like the patient is a nuisance. Is rude, arrogant and ignores patient concerns.

Dr. Mossman is by far the best in the Alton area. I first met him as he cared for my elderly parents. I was so impressed with his knowledge and genuine interest in his patients that I changed doctors. myself. He is an excellent doctor, cares deeply about his patients, and is very patient with the elderly as they try to express their concerns. I would highly recommend him.
