Dr. Quinn practices in a dump conveniently located across from a Somali bakery and a plasma donation site. I drove to this dung pile in the middle of a snow storm, because I spoke with Quinn’s customer service rep who stated that this (second) appointment was to begin Invisalign. I arrive at the front desk and find Dr. Quinn making a remark that people are actually showing up to their appointments during the snow storm (“... must be bored d/t COVID...”). Found this irritating because I had to wait until a bank holiday to come in for this appointment. Finally get called back and Quinn’s bedside manner and clinical judgment was hardly any better than his sense of humor: tried to gaslight me and convince me that I should get braces, because he is less comfortable with Invisalign. Could have told me this over the phone, but I suppose he figured that driving an hour through a snow storm on my day off was a better use of my time. Thanks, Dr. Skinhead!
