HE WILL BASH ANY PARTENT THAT HAS ANY KIND OF MENTAL HEALTH DIAGNOSIS BECAUSE HE IS JUST WAY TO GOOD FOR THAT AND BETTER AND BIGGER THAN ANYONE AND ANYTHING. this guy has totally screwed over a friend of mine. This man has more bad reviews than good and its pretty obvious that this man is extremely unethical, bias, unfair, and a flat out liar. He has no integrity and I don't see how he can sleep at night. If he does sleep at night then he is just a straight psychopath that has no respect for himself therefore cannot respect anyone or anything else. The only people that like this guy is the people that can afford to pay him large ammounts of money to falsify documents and get them what they need when it comes to being a witness in court. Totally unacceptable and if you like this guy then you obviously are the same exact way and have no integrity or respect for yourself. unfortunately I have to give one star to post this review but I would give it a negative 100.

If you are a woman you may as well hand your children over to their father because he makes up whatever story he needs to fit the narrative that the mother is "unstable." He has NEVER sided with a woman in a case and has attorney's in his pocket. If you pay him and you are a man, he will say whatever you need him to say. Plan on spending at least $20,000 and expect a report that contradicts itself and that is biased against the mother. He does this by submitting his reports to the courts and does not allow the parents access. The reports are usually 80-120 pages long with most of it saying what his client wants him to say. His office staff are rude, petty and impatient. They have no problem ripping children away from a loving parent for money.

Bart thrives on creating chaos. On numerous occasions he has opines what should occur without reference to his role per his appointment or per our settlement agreement. I was warned by multiple mental health professions of his arrogance and incompetence. Their warnings do not begin to describe Bart. He has been out PC for 1 yr yet has yet to produce any tangible outcomes. So much so my attorney has described him as ineffective. His billing practice is almost had corrupt as he is. Regularly his bill is delivered with less than 2 business days to pay it before late fees are assessed. His itemization only includes lanes such as email or phone call. When asked about the charges his reply was it may or may not be... he couldn’t even explain the charge yet billed me an additional $100 for the reply.

Zero stars are more appropriate for this arrogant, egotistical sexist “counselor”. He has gone against multiple doctors and therapist recommendations because “he knows better than all of them”. Stay clear of this megalomaniac - his only talent is lining his already silk pockets with all your money and more.

I paid for a custody eval and he interpreted the findings incorectly and I had to pay another PhD after his report to inform the judge of how Ferraro incorrectly scored me but then the damage had already set in with my children as the years went by and their alienating parent coaches the kids to say they r in harm. This PhD is also not knowledgeable in parent alienation and brainwashing or doesn't care especially when it's the mom being targeted! Wow! Wish I would have done my hmwk better when choosing an evaluator.

Bart was hired by my attorney to serve the emotional needs of my ex and I during our divorce. We used the "Collaborative Process" (just Google it) but there was nothing collaborative in Bart's approach. Whatsoever. He protected my spouse, who was the one who wanted out. I was blindsided, had a lot of questions and my ex only wanted to run away. The Collab Process works if both spouses are on the same page-and if they are not, they should be required to lay everything out on the table at the beginning. The whole truth. In our case, I was shocked, stunned, hurting badly and so was my family and friends. Bart should have told my spouse to tell the truth, reveal the reasons for silence, so I could start to heal. Instead, I was told to cease contact, which is completely unrealistic, and any decent psychologist, who should understand humanity better than the rest of us, should know that. Even my personal counselor was shocked at Bart's M.O. He puts process ahead of people, so I would… recommend anyone avoid him at all costs. There are much better options in the area.
