Dr. Bartlomiej Lech Nierzwicki

He misplaced an implant that I removed at the New doctor that informed me about ongoing infection but when I was Visiting Dr Bart He ignore my pain and concerns and left me in discomfort for 5 months until I went to a new dentist.

Dr. Bartlomiej Nierzwicki lacks bedside manner. He is cold and arrogant in his demeanor. He does not make you feel comfortable and at ease. This would be tolerable if this is where it ends but it does not.  The patient better not find himself/herself in a predicament where it calls for Dr. Nierzwicki to show a level of trust and sympathy as he does not care for the person; his only concern is to have monetary compensation. Dr. Nierzwicki might be a renowned surgeon but he lacks human qualities. I regret choosing this surgeon for my dental needs.

I saw the oral surgeon for a "consult." After the office assistant stated that the consultation would be XX since the provider is out of network, I agreed to which I pay at the time of the visit but later received a bill for the difference? When I inquired about this, the same assistant apologized and said I'm responsible for the remaining portion because she misunderstand the actual amount to be billed. For the 16 minutes I spent with Dr. B, I found him quite dismissive and had a poor bedside manner. For instance, there was a tooth of particular concern to my general dentist who recommended I discuss more comprehensively with the oral surgeon, yet this was not even addressed. There was a lack of effort on his part to interpret the findings on the x-rays on that tooth which were provided in advance to him by my general dentist AND displayed on his screen during my consultation visit. Instead, he referred me back to the general dentist to have this discussion?! Then what was the… reason for the consult? Interestingly ,on the explanation of benefits it was shown on the "extraction" list. When I return to my general dentist, he proceeded to explain what the oral surgeon had not. It was an incomplete evaluation of my needs and I was very dissatisfied with the provider and visit. Waste of both my time and money. Others on here seem to have had better interactions with him but he didn't seem compelled to explain much to me...I guess I was too stupid or at least not worth the explaination. Nice credentials Mr. PHD, MD, DMD etc but you need work on your bedside manner.

I got the number of Dr. Nierzwicki from the friend of mine that was his patient and was extremely satisfied and told me nothing but great things about Dr. Nierzwicki so I decided to give it a try since I had very bad experience with my previous periodontist who by the way destroyed my implant (that's why I needed a good trusted surgeon to fix his terrible job). I went to many doctors for a consultation and without a doubt I picked Dr. Nierzwicki. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism he treated me with, how accurate, honest, and helpful he was as well how his estimate looked against other doctors ( it cost me almost 40% less then at the other places! I couldn't believe it the difference! Right then I knew he is not trying nickel and dime me, but just gave me real, straight up value of the job he is going to do!!!). Making an appointments was very easy, the stuff was very professional, helpful and friendly. The office is very modern and clean. If fixing a bad implant… job could be a good experience that definitely was IT ! I would and will absolutely recommend Dr. Nierzwicki to all my friends and family and if I ever have to get my implants or any other procedure done it would only happened from now on with Dr. Nierzwicki!
