Dr. Bashar Obeidou, MEDICAL, DOCTOR, MD

My husband had brain surgery on a Monday and was sent to neuro rehab a few days later. During rehab he had a heart attack. Dr. Obeidou responded to the emergency call. He took charge completely, then called me in to tell me about the urgency of the matter and the necessity of moving my husband to the cath lab for a procedure. Once the procedure was complete he explained what had been done and why he had done it. He was kind and compassionate and very clear about his explanations. I did not see him again until a few days later in the hospital hallway waiting for the elevator. He immediately came over to me and shook my hand asking me how my husband was feeling. He said how sorry he was that my husband had this misfortune and was so happy he was feeling better. Again, the kindness and compassion he expressed meant so much to me. I was alone and very afraid and he helped me get through this very difficult situation. Kudos to Dr. Obeidou
