I have been seeing dr soufan for many years -- there is none better

Dr. Soufan is fantastic. He has helped me through an addiction to opiates. When my mother became ill with cancer he was always sure to keep a close eye on me. I did have 1 relapse, but Dr. Soufan stood by me and helped me work through it. His nurses are all show great compassion as well. Nurse Ruby is is super. She always knows when something is wrong and helps you to work through it. She also does a great job communicating with Dr. Soufan before your appointment.

Let me just start by saying that Dr. Bassam Soufan is a true peacemaker. When I was having difficult headaches and broke my foot, he made sure to take my injuries serious and consequentially treated me with ease. I am so happy to have him as a doctor. ANYTIME I call, he is right there to help me. Thanks so much!

I went to Dr. Soufan for 21 years and was very pleased with him his bedside manner is wonderfull, Couple years ago I had a hypertensive crisis B/P was 210/110, I felt like I was having an anxiety or heartattack, I called Dr. Soufan had him paged told him what my B/P was thought he would instruct me to go to E.R. and he would meet me there or have one of his followers meet me there , unfortunatly his response was "Take 2 tylenol every 4 hours and monitor your B/P for 1 week then see me" I was devastated felt let down as if he didnt care or take me seriouse at all, I was introduced to a nurse practitioner actually family on my sisiters husbands side and she got mje into her office emediatly ran some tests and found out I had a renal artery 80% blocked, I had a balloning done that same month, and found out I also have kidney disease, very sad leaving Dr. Soufan because he is good but if your Dr pays no attention to you when a true crisis hits then its time to move on.
