Idk why but I stayed a patient w/Dr Bratu for 10 yrs and was never happy with her. 1. Her staff are unprofessional and take a while to answer the phone. 2. Bratu doesn't listen-she talks and barely listens or answers questions. I truly felt ignored with her! And 3. Apparently, I had a problem with my gall bladder, which was found when I changed doctors finally. It actually had to be removed yet not once, did Bratu ever discuss this with me!

I have always had stomach and digestion problems and other doctors just tell me to not eat what bothers me! She did extensive testing and biopsies on endoscopy and colonoscopy. My tests came out normal, which I'm thankful for. So I guess I must change the way I eat.

Horrible people and horrible Doctors. They don't care about their patients. All they care about is money. I was to have a procedure done today and when I went in this morning to check in after going through all through the ridiculous prep yesterday of cleaning out my intestines I was told I had a large copay. I was not aware of this and no one told me. They looked at be like i was making it up that the person that called to confirm my appointment wouldn't forget to mention a copay! I was turned away!!! The doctor said no money no procedure!! Even with insurance you can't get help!! And the over weight lady at the check in window is a nasty lady!! See even rolled her eyes at me with disgust!

Dr. Bratu was called in by the hospital. I had a bleeding problem for which she found a solution. I am grateful.

Dr Bratu has an excellent bedside manner, she makes you feel at ease. She spends time with her patients and always asks after she has explained a procedure or medication if you have any questions. She is very thorough, gentle and has a very positive attitude. She makes her patients feel at ease.
