I have only seen Beatrice twice so far, but she has been my husband’s nurse practitioner for approximately two years and has always provided him with exceptional care. Based on his experience, I recently switched to her when my insurance changed. From my very first appointment, I felt genuinely heard and cared for. Rather than giving simple yes-or-no answers to my questions, she took the time to explain her recommendations, the reasoning behind them, and the facts supporting them. She presented all available options, discussed the pros and cons of each, and then allowed me to make informed decisions about my own care. What impressed me most was her thoroughness. She even reviewed my insurance coverage during the appointment and explained that certain tests might be more difficult to have approved through primary care, suggesting that a specialist referral might be the more effective route. At the same time, she offered to order the tests herself if I preferred, so we could see… whether insurance would approve them. For the first time in more than 10 years, I feel like I have a healthcare provider who is not only highly knowledgeable but who also values my input and involves me in decisions about my health. I never felt rushed or dismissed. Instead, I felt like a partner in my own care. Because of my extensive medical history, including a two-month hospitalization for septic shock, I have significant anxiety surrounding healthcare. In the past, I have often received brief answers with little explanation. My experience with Beatrice has been completely different. She is compassionate, thorough, knowledgeable, and empowering. My husband and I both highly recommend her. We are grateful to have found our healthcare home in her office.

My visits with Dr Murillo are always great. She is a very pleasant and caring doctor. She carefully listens to your complaints. Then give you a diagnosis. You never feel rushed or ignored. I always felt very comfortable coming to see her. I always felt confident in her diagnosis. I wish there were more doctors like her. Most doctors now are rushed with their clients . It’s more robotic now. Not very caring. Come in get a diagnosis and out quickly. Dr Murillo will definitely be missed by me. I am 67 years old and have seen wuiye a few doctors. She is one of the best professionals in her field that I have ever met.
