Im not sure why advantage care got rid of her???? I hope she reads these comments, Dr. Mendez your patients need you please open a private office we will come.

I agree with the review where Dr. Mendez doesn’t do any testing. Her conclusion on any skin disorder is eczema. The visit was short and she dismisses the real problem. There are evidence on my skin for culture or biopsy and testing to get definitive results. It’s true she asks you for her to look at your body yet, no instruments used as lights scopes. The most frustrating thing was dismissed your concerns and with no testing. Conclude as eczema, when I never itched! Even I know eczema is extremely itchy illness. I never itched. Clearly a fungal issue, told her the skin has burning sensation, ignored. This was the second visit. Again walked out as hopeless as I walked in. It’s so hard to find a good thorough doctor. Extremely disappointed.

Very good for basic dermatology, checking for basel cells etc. However, for removal of skin tags not adequate. She seared the many skin tags I have and told me they would fall off. They never did. She should have excised them. I am disappointed because I waited so long for an appointment.

Every time I visit it lasts less than 4 minutes where 3 minutes is spent taking my shirt off. No tests were done. It was just look amd prescribe. Got a prescription for anti biotics for almost 2 months which gave me severe acid reflux and so now my physician has to prescribe more medication to fix. I felt cheated and rushed. There is no care whatsoever. Also ACP who they choose to operate under is the WORST! If you need to speak to the Dr. you cant!... unless you visit of course and they would bill you for that I'm sure. The Dr. does procedures that are not covered by the insurance without you knowing and then sticks you will tge bill when the claim is denied. On a positive note the Dr. is nice and pleasant.
