Dr. Beau Christopher Weill, MD

We have our 2 kids see Dr Weill.I have to say that staff is very very rude on the phone.They think that we are not caring and responsibile paitents and talk to us as we are 2 yr old.Little do they understand that when we call them we are worried parents of little ones that want to get in as soon as possible. It is very hard to get appts specially when u really need to see the doctor. Never do they offer another doctor there that we can visit and tell us everything is booked for 1-2 months. Ohh sure it is booked..when paitents spend and wait for 1 hr even with appts and then after the assistant sees you..there is another 60 mins wait for the doctor to come it.I dont know how they manage their appts but we have to take half day off work to just see the doctor. I really hate it.We were billed $800 only for 5 mins of the doctors time when he looked at my child's ear and confirmed my child had an ear infection.Geez thanks..even i could tell my child had an ear infection..So much for just 5… mins of visit.Stay away.If i could i would give no stars
