Dr. Becky Sue Kroll, MD

My husband has terminal Cancer that should have been found 18 months earlier. He went to Dr Kroll multiple times with pain, a limp, even a lump that just kept getting worse. With a history of cancer, she blew him off. She ignored symptoms, she never felt his mass, and only ordered imaging after we demanded it. She told him "I can't MRI everyone." Make sure you get a doctor who cares about your life, this is not the one.

I wasn't thrilled when Dr. Nelson left patient practice and I was transferred to Dr. Kroll - with my approval. I had my first visit last week and was very pleased. Dr. Kroll was warm, interested in my activities and graciously accepted the physician forms I needed her to fill out. She offered services that were appropriate for my age and performed them with my agreement. I come from a family of medical doctors and was VERY satisfied with Dr. Kroll. She is easy to talk to and knows her medicine. I am happy with the personal physician transfer.

I had the opportunity to meet with Dr. Kroll for a new patient visit before finding out Tricare does not have her listed as a PCM in network so I'm back to finding a new doctor. Dr. Kroll spent over an hour with me. That's rare. She was very compassionate and even though I disagreed with some ideas she had, her caring personality was the type I'm looking for. She was very honest with me and I will take what she told me to heart and utilize that approach in the future. I recommend her as a Doctor based on what I've seen so far and think she is fantastic. It's unfortunate that my past PCM left the country and I'm stuck looking for another as caring as she was.

Dr. Kroll is an awesome physician!
