I saw in a magazine that Dr Zarrini and his practice were the best botox in Los Angeles. I did some research and discovered almost every client and local outlet seemed to agree. I then came across some of Dr Zarrini's physician profiles with his pain practice. My husband was a pain specialist and I understand how the system works. These doctors are all but assaulted by their "clients" the moment they refuse to refill another prescription. It's a sad reality of how it works in that field, to give care and watch for the clients safety often results in negative online feedback for not aiding a potential well you know. But Dr Zarrini is a far cry from how the handful of past disgruntled pain clients describe. I booked a botox treatment with him and am beyond happy that I did. He was intelligent, communicative, and assuring throughout the treatment. I am filled with joy to have found a doctor that I immediately trusted and know will take care of me. Funny guy! You wouldn't usually think of a microneedling appointment as being fun, but Dr Zarrini managed to make my experience at his med spa a very nice one. He is quirky and has a good sense of humor.

I was honestly very scared to get botox. My fear of ptsosis is so overwhelming that its always stopped me from getting the treatment. After hearing about Dr. Zarrini at Beverly Wilshire Aesthetics I booked a visit. He assured me that he's never had any incidents of ptosis and also let me know during the consultation that I didn't have to do this at all and went over societal and online pressures. It was a kind gesture and does open a door to another issue, but I've always wanted this for me and so we decided to just start easy my first treatment. It's been 3 weeks and I think I might have been over reacting thinking I'd for sure end up with ptosis. Didn't happen. My brows are perfect and I have to thank Dr and his special Zarrini Lift for them.

Dr. Zarrini is amazing, patient, and kind. He's the only one I trust for my cosmetic injectables now.

Was told injections were a series of 3. Was not told if 1st one wasn't effective, don't get a 2nd until I got to appt. When I went to 1st appt, for injection of certain area, wanted me to start with another area stating was worse. He did not listen to me at appt, Had mostly met with PA. Must've just went with imaging. That does not tell everything. That is one person's subjective review. (as stated by good surgeons) They need to listen to what patient has to say. People can have similar imaging but different symptoms. If procedures are referred by another MD, I suggest one writes down, which particular areas. Asked PA about a medication(non-narcotic), was told not covered by Ins. Was not factual. The receptionist is inappropriate in person and on the phone. Tried to leave a message once, kept trying but she would not take the message, giving answers that were not for her to answer. Gave up. Ins needed to be called. Unethical. MD needs to set limits, when these… reviews are written.

Dr Zarrini is knowledgeable and efficient. I see reviews on here that mention his not listening. He listens to know the issue and how to treat. His lobby is always filled with clients waiting to see him; are these people upset that a busy doctor didn't have time to listen to their life story? Quick and to the point with rapid results; that's what I care about and that's exactly what you can expect with him.

Dr Zarrini frequently interrupted me when i tried to answer his questions, told me i was wrong when i shared what other doctors had instructed me to do, couldn't be bothered to look at my chart (claimed my condition was not active), and generally couldn't care less.
