I love Dr. Sales and his nurses; they are always very kind to me and listen to everything I have to say.

my experience does not reflect that of anyone elses but i must say mine has been pleasant. I had not seen a doctor in almost 3 years due to a long hiatus post GSW recovery. Dr. sales was my first physician and he has been supportive and thorough in my follow ups as well as collaborating with my other doctors. I suffer from a range of issues and he always is sure to touch on them during our visits. I also appreciate that he does complete lab work ups and always calls back if he sees anything concerning.

I have given him the benefit of the doubt for years. He has been rude and cold one too many times not to mention he could have helped with an issue and didn't. Be careful if you see him. Make sure you have answers to your questions. Get second opinions. It could save you time and money, not to mention your health.

Pompous know-it-all attitude. Doesn’t listen and when asking questions and stating concerns he started to yell and told me to “know my boundaries”. On top of poor communication skills he touches you in uncomfortable awkward ways. The only thing I took away from this appointment was “God knows everything but apparently Dr. Sales knows everything better”. Awful Doctor, awful bedside manner, and awful communication. Horrible experience!

Dr. Sales is probably a fine doctor for straight forward problems however when faced with a problem that was out of the ordinary he gave me information that was inaccurate, dismissed me as uneducated, and told me that going to other doctors would be useless.

My name is Carl and Dr. Sales is my regular, go-to physician. I find him to be skilled, knowledgeable, patient and caring. I always have random medical/health questions and he always answers them thoroughly and takes the time to make sure I understand the answers he has given me. The entire team of this practice is knowledgeable and respectful. For what it is worth, I recommend Dr. Sales.

I have several issues that I see Dr. Sales for. Pain, anxiety, depression and hypertension. The only part of my hypertension he wants to treat is by constantly upping my heart meds. He doesn't listen when I tell him I have debilitating anxiety just walking into a doctor's office, and that could be why my BP is always elevated while I am there. Finally got him to talk to me about my anxiety and he prescribed me a ssri that doesn't help with my depression or anxiety. In fact it's making it worse and he won't change it. Lastly, I have never had a problem with abusing drugs, and do not have an addictive personality. I was prescribed norco and then Tylenol 2 to help with breast pain, and carpal tunnel before surgery. I had a hard time getting post op. Pain relief because he wrote in my chart "do not prescribe narcotics". Never talked to me about it, when I messaged him to ask him why it was there and told him I wanted it removed, his response was come into the office and we can… talk about it! It should have been talked about before he wrote something that makes it look like I am a drug seeker. So not I have to find a way to drag my anxiety riddled butt to his office so I can feel even worse.

I think Benedict sales is a poorly G p. Because I realize I was a a very frying person when I had a personal priblem. My feelings are not to be rude to a person that is in this state but to talk to them and not be rude. Attention the age of 68 he never once looked at my records . If he did he would have known I was on a disability way before receiving social security benefits . I was told directly that my tinnitus which is never ending is something to live with because my questioning him about ototoxic drugs to stimulate this can't be helped. Plain English. Live with it. And told his mom was older than me and still works. He is a non caring person and doesn't know his patients and should not be in pittston taking care of old people. Bedside manner. And some knowledge about the person personally goes hand in hand with a D O . Not this man ! He is a cruel person. I would love to sit at a desk with the board and explain And get him out of the business. Would make a great car… salesman.

Dr Car Sales is great at first then out of nowhere you don't know if he's Jekyll or Hyde. The office is all nice and modern, the front desk staff of all women defend this abusive doc like their annual 24k salary depends on life or death. sad. Very sad. I went to Sales for 5 years and he turned. Move on.

After my 1st visit, Dr Sales made an ok impression. Then, omg after the 3rd visit I left thinking this guy fantasizes and wishes he is the fictitious Hollywood character Dr. House. He's condescending with zero knowledge of proper diagnoses. Stay away from this Doc in a box.
