They don't return calls, or give any help at all. It's impossible to get any appointment confirmed whatsoever. I need to see the doctor and they are of no help at all.

The staff in this office is completely incompetent! My husband had a test and for some reason his GI Dr was copied in on the results. Thank Goodness because I don’t think we would still know the results from THIS OFFICE! My husband called on Monday after he heard from his GI Dr.. Left two messages and wrote and email. Called again Tuesday, late afternoon still didn’t get a call back from anyone so I called and freaked out. Dr Blank finally called my husband and ordered ct scan which he got the next day. We spoke to the place who did the CT and a report was sent to Blanks office that night. Wednesday! It’s now Friday and we still do not have a call with the results from Blank. I called again today and was told “We got a new computer system”.. I said not my issues I want the results today. I was told you can go get the result from them yourself. Unless you are a weight loss patient, making him $, THEY DO NOT CARE. FYI I know people in the local medical community, his reputation… is bad!

I truly wish I could leave no stars. Take seriously all of the one star comments here, as they are all true. I was a patient of this practice for many years and was typically seen by the NPs in the office, not Dr. Blank. After a cardiac ablation, I was having trouble breathing, coughing, etc. Of course, I ended up with a NP, who sent me on my way with treatments for a cold (a cold in May.) After a week of not feeling any better, I happened to have a follow up visit with my cardiologist who took one look at me and said, 'You're in congestive heart failure.' Apparently, CHF is a common, temporary side effect of a cardiac ablation. I would expect a doctor to know that and I would expect a doctor to recognize CHF. Nurse Practitioners are not doctors. When I called to speak with Dr. Blank about the situation, I was rudely told to 'make an appointment' if I wanted to speak to my doctor. That way, he could fraudulently charge my insurance company and I would get to pay another co-pay. I guess… I got my say here instead. Another misdiagnosis was for my treatment of "hives." After several visits to his office over a period of 6 weeks, I sat sobbing in his office, begging for relief from the unbearable itching. Frustrated, Blank finally sent me to a dermatologist. The diagnosis was instantaneous...I had scabies (picked up during a hospital stay.) After getting the right diagnosis, I read up on the symptoms I was having and they were TEXT BOOK. Because I went misdiagnosed for so long, I am left with permanent scars all over my body, arms and legs. I suggest, Mr. Blank, that you push your money aside and brush up on your Hippocratic Oath to do no harm.

I went to Dr Blank for many year my alt ast and ggt were always high he totally ignored the fact that I may have hepc I trusted him and should have not after asking him for years why those numbers were high I went to another doctor who gave me a blood test for hepc and I had it I now have f2 fibrosis this would not have happen if he took pride in himself I wish doctor blank was.more professional and concern about the wellbeing of his patients he is a horrible doctor not cornered about patients just money I would not rate him a one if there was a -0 that would be my choice

I have been going to this doctor for years. I had blood work done and my results were ready 1 week ago. Every day I was told that the doctor would call me but he was too busy. I was told the only way I could get my results is to make an appointment(and pay for that). This practice has gone down hill and the staff is horrible.

Dr. Blank and his staff took the time to answer all my questions. I was nervous and unsure about trying yet another diet. Dr. Blank was so understanding, knowledgeable and supportive. Its hard to find a doctor who is so down to earth. A visit with Dr. Blank is like having a cup of coffee with an old friend.

Everything is good except getting prescriptions refilled. That part of the practice is abysmal

Very poor experience with this office -- Staff is very unfriendly. Went in for a referral (saw a NP not the Dr), didn't get a call till 3 weeks later. Now they have sent me a bill for that visit. Tried to reason with the office manager, she agreed the service was poor, but could do nothing for me with the bill. I actually had to go to another dr to get the referral (so had to already pay!!!! no one returned my call at Dr Blanks). I asked to speak with the dr as I am sure this is not how he runs his practice -- she told me "Oh Ill be honest, hes not going to speak with you" WOW... really... I guess i'm not one of his important patients. How sad this is, seems to be just about the money.

My family has been going to Dr.Blank for several years. However with that being said his practice is much to big for himself now. He doesn't have the human concern he used to have ,always on his computer when in for your visit. We are paying for a Dr. Not a nurse practioner,not attention shown to a computer, back in the day he would call you with the results of tests not anymore. Yes we realize times have changed but it hurts when your family puts so much trust in a Dr. Who isn't and probably can't be present anymore. Personally he is a very nice man. But time has really changed him. Sorry and sad to say this but true.

I am 61 years old, my health issues include heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, rectal cancer. I went to the office in 2009 feeling lethargic and tired. Was diagnosed with anemia and prescribed iron tablets. After a scheduled colonoscopy recommended by my cardiologist I was diagnosed with rectal cancer. Three months ago I had diarrhea for a week, made an appointment and my diabetes medicine was increased, no xray, CT scan or stool test. Went to see my surgeon a week later and was diagnosed with Colitis. Getting through to the prescription refill line is now almost impossible. Every time I call I get a recording that the box is full, try later. This goes on for days. I should have a brain scan done for going back to the practice. If anyone knows of a credible PCP in the area I would appreciate his name. Seems like once he got involved with the weight loss plan that is his primary concern, that and the profits from it.
