Dr. Braslow is a superb surgeon, an excellent communicator, and a fine person.

I don’t understand how anybody could give Dr Braslow less than 5 stars. He’s awesome! Thorough, genuine and truly caring.

I consulted with Dr. Braslow regarding my need to have a failed hernia surgery (performed by another surgeon) evaluated. My inguinal hernia was severe and massive. After examination and ordering and evaluating radiographic studies, Dr. Braslow said, "I can fix this for you," with down to earth confidence. My surgery was scheduled and performed and now at five weeks out I can say ( with confidence ) that the results are stellar. I had open surgery (a five to six inch incision) at 8am and walked out of HUP at 3pm the same day. No small accomplishment for a near seventy years old man! My recuperation proceeded with no complications or setbacks. Dr. Braslow and his team at the Hernia Department at HUP are the professionals you want taking care of you if you need hernia surgery, particularly if yours is a complicated case.
