Dr. Benjamin Jacob Burkam, MD

Dr. Burkham alleviated my severe pain in both knees with well-placed injections. For the first time in several years, I no longer have to grimace with pain with every step. I was able to resume walking and other activities, such as bending down to pick up something off the floor. He is very pleasant, encouraging, and engaging to work with and has a great staff.

Dr. Burkam is wonderful! He is so sincere, involved, empathetic, and dedicated to your recovery. I wish he was a general practitioner so I could have him 100% of the time. I came in for plantar fasciitis which is a unique injury to everyone and very pesky. He explained everything so well and even encouraged treatments outside what he offered if it remained untreated. It took lots of time but currently my PF is on the up and up and even if my outcome wasn't so good, I would still highly recommend Dr Burkam. I could go on and on but he is just such a caring person and everyone in his office is fabulous.

Very caring and knowledgeable. Asks questions and listens to answers. First doctor I saw somewhere else made my back worse, but what Dr. Burkam told me makes more sense. High hopes for recovery!

I saw Dr. Burkam at the Spine and Joint Center at McConnell today and had an excellent experience. He has great rapport and spent a lot of time with me. He also did not immediately go to expensive diagnostic services which I really appreciated.
