Be prepared to shell out lots of money for testing. You won't get any opinion or help without a full day of testing. Then if tests don't tell him anything... your left in the cold. No suggested next steps . Oh there was the recommendation to admit my wife into the phsyc ward committing to monitor the situation only to find out he was headed on vacation as he made the recommendation. See this guy the same way you would an MRI machine. Cold, uncaring and only able to give you limited information for someone else to deal with

Dr. Christiansen took as much time with us as we needed. He answered all of our questions and directed us on what we needed to do next. His knowledge in his field is extraordinary! Dealing with a TBI is difficult and he provided us with amazing care and follow-up! Would 100% recommend him!!

Dr. Ben helped our daughter recover from a concussion. He knew just how to relate to her...helping her see what she needed to do to heal. He listened to our concerns and did his best to help us. He also didn’t keep us in the waiting room for very long. Our daughter is now back to school and sports full time! Our only regret is not setting up an appointment with him sooner!

After the consultation, we thought he would be very helpful in helping us treat our child with multiple neurological disabilities. However he seemed so set that he could see things differently than other professionals, I’m not sure he even listened or looked at information we gave him before determining which assessments to give our child. His report seemed to have been cut & pasted from another patient actually listing for us to continue therapy we have never had. When I asked about this in the report after meeting, staff got back to me promptly but it was only deleted off not replaced with more helpful information. I have since heard that multiple other patients have had similar terrible experiences. Somehow every review I could find was positive! He actually said somethings to us that were very unprofessional and even could be offensive. He was much better at telling us all about other patients & what he’d done for them than how he could help our child.
